Life has taken me so many directions—banker, retailer, horse trainer, actor, singer, writer, hospital administrator—which has opened me up to so many different opinions and ways of doing things, but ensuring I was always the new kid on the block, needing to learn the ways of this new place, while being able to see it from a different point of view. The purpose of Finding the Better Way: An Outsider’s View, is to create a community of individuals dedicated to continuous improvement; people willing to look deep into themselves to determine how to reach their next level by living in a way that makes the world a better place for all.
